5-9 years Looking for something new for your little one to try? Yoga is a great way to get your child moving. There are several benefits of children starting yoga at a young age. Yoga helps children manage their anxiety, improves emotional regulation, increases body awareness, enhances strength and flexibility and teaches children the benefits of a healthy lifestyle. *Child must bring their OWN yoga mat, water bottle and small journal with a pencil! * This class doesn't begin until 4:30pm, a parent MUST pick up the student at the end of the school day and then bring them back to class at 4:30pm. Meet the Instructor: Mary “Mary McCann is a bright and caring certified yoga instructor dedicated to introducing children to the fun and benefits of mind and body wellness. As a full-time wife and mother of three young children, she’s combined her love of children with her passion for movement and creativity to create an engaging adventure for kids. Her class, which will be filled with playful poses and soothing mindfulness activities, are designing to foster both physical flexibility and emotional well being. She will encourage strength, balance and confidence all while having a blast!”

This clinic is to teach your child the basic skills needed to play T-ball. At this clinic your child will learn how to throw a ball, catch a ball, roll the ball on the ground, and hit the ball off a tee. We do not play actual t-ball games however we will have fun, engaging stations for the children to rotate through while learning all of the necessary skills needed to play. A parent is required to be present and active during class. ***TODDLERS MUST BE ABLE TO WALK ** Must bring their own GLOVE**
