Monday & Wednesday  6am - 12 pm (noon) Limited lanes from 9-11 am on Wednesday

Tuesday, Thursday, & Friday  8am - 12 pm (noon)  Limited lanes on Tuesday 10-11am 

Water Aerobics - Wednesdays 

Cardio 9 -9:50 AM

BogaFit 10-10:50 AM 

Open Swim - Sundays that we have lessons

12:45 - 3 pm  Enter at door 44

  • Water Aerobics

    These water aerobics class will have a combination of different elements to help strengthen and condition any participant at any skill level. At 9 am is a cardio based water aerobics class. Designed to work on your fitness, flexibility, stamina, and health. At 10 am is a BOGAFit class. This class is a combination of yoga, aerobics, and Pilates on a mat designed to stay on top of the water. Balance and core strength are essential in case you don’t want to fall in the water but that is also part of the fun. Limited space for this one due to the number of mats. Card can be used for either class
