Lap Swim - 4/7/26-6/5/26 

Monday & Wednesday & Friday  8am - 12 pm (noon) Limited lanes from 9-11 am on Monday and  Wednesday

Tuesday, Thursday,   6am - 12 pm (noon)  Limited lanes on Tuesday 10-11am 

Water Aerobics 

Cardio 9 - 9:50 AM Monday and Wednesday

BogaFit 10-10:50 AM Wednesday only 

*** NEW ***  Deep Water  10-10:50 AM Mondays

Open Swim - Sundays that we have lessons

12:45 - 3 pm  Enter at door 44  

Spring Swim Lessons run on Sundays April 12 - May 17 No lessons on May 10 

Summer registration will begin on May 18

Featured Courses

  • Water Aerobics

    These water aerobics class will have a combination of different elements to help strengthen and condition any participant at any skill level. At 9 am is a cardio based water aerobics class. Designed to work on your fitness, flexibility, stamina, and health. Class is on Monday and Wednesday. At 10 am is a BOGAFit class. This class is a combination of yoga, aerobics, and Pilates on a mat designed to stay on top of the water. Balance and core strength are essential in case you don’t want to fall in the water but that is also part of the fun. Limited space for this one due to the number of mats. Class is on Wednesday. Card can be used for either class
