No fitness level required — just bring your walking shoes and a smile! Come for the steps, stay for the conversation, and leave feeling refreshed and recharged. Let’s walk, talk, and support each other on this motherhood journey!

All moms welcome. Kids of all ages, strollers, ride-on toys and coffee cups are encouraged!

We will walk Monday Mornings @ Various Brighton Locations .... spots will be emailed out to participants before the first walking date.
