B.A.R.C. 3rd – 6th Grade Fall 2024 Volleyball League

**New jersey for Fall 24**

Deadline 9/24 - $20 Late Fee after 9/24 (open until spots are filled)

$190 - League + Uniform

If there is a waitlist, please join and we will attempt to create additional teams. 

Practice Days: Week of

October 21st - December 14th Monday After School - 5:30 pm - Spencer 3rd/4th 

October 22nd - December 14th Tuesday Only After School - 5:30 pm - Maltby 5th/6th 

October 23rd - December 14th Wednesday (At Maltby) After School - 5:30 pm - Hornung 3rd/4th

October 23rd - December 14th Wednesday After School - 5:30 pm Hilton 3rd/4th

October 24th - December 14th Thursday Only After School - 5:30 pm Maltby 5th/6th

October 24th - December 14th Thursday After School - 5:30 pm Hawkins 3rd/4th

Games (Doubleheaders): Saturdays - 11/16, 11/23, 12/7, and 12/14

*No games on 11/30

**No Practice the week of Thanksgiving (11/25 - 11/29)

***Practice days listed as no school will be moved to another day*** 

Refund Policy:

• 100% Registration fee refund minus $10 administrative fee if request is prior to deadline date. Minus jersey fee if refund request is made after jerseys are ordered.
• 50% registration fee refund if refund request is made after practice has started but before first game is played.
• 0% registration refund if request is made after the first game is played
• Medical Refund Request - The Director of Recreation will determine the dollar amount that will be refunded after considering the circumstances

Game Cancellations:

• When B.A.R.C. games are canceled due to bad weather, unplayable field conditions, or unforeseen circumstances, every attempt will be made to reschedule if circumstances allow. Make up games are not guaranteed. No refund or credit will be given if games cannot be made up.
