Strength for Life (Ages 50+)


Senior Center / 50+ Fitness -
Winter/Spring 2026

(Ages 50+) Stay strong, active, and independent with this strength training class designed specifically for adults 50 and better. Using a combination of body weight, hand weights, and resistance bands, you'll build and maintain muscle in a safe, supportive environment. Learn how to properly build strength with correct form to avoid injury and protect your joints. Work at your own pace—every level is welcome!  Taught by Brian Auquier from Doctors of Physical Therapy in Brighton.

MUST be a current Member of the Brighton Senior Center to attend class!
