(Ages 50+) Discover the benefits of Tae Kwon Do in a class tailored for adults 50 and better. This low-impact martial arts program focuses on improving balance, flexibility, strength, and mental focus—all while learning traditional techniques at a comfortable pace. No experience necessary—just a willingness to move, learn, and have fun! Taught by Bill LaChance.

MUST be a current Member of the Brighton Senior Center to attend class!
