Tae Kwon Do

Enrichment Classes / Fitness / Youth -
Fall 2025

(Ages 7+) This class teaches ultimate self-defense, mental discipline, leadership, and physical fitness in a friendly, fun, and high energy setting. Wear comfortable clothes - uniform will be discussed the first class.  Family friendly - parents work out for FREE with two or more children participating! Taught by: Multiple Black Belt Instructors, including Emeritus Master Instructor Brian K. Muench, 4th Dan Black Belt, and Master Instructor Liz Swider, 4th Dan Black Belt.
