Welcome to the Tot Spot Early Childhood, Universal Preschool, and Before/After School Programs!
BARC Soccer
(Ages 50+) This total body workout includes: cardiovascular, floor exercises, weight training and yoga pilates. Students work at their own level and pace. Body Spot Silver is designed to strengthen the heart and lungs, tone and increase body strength, and improve flexibility and stability. Bring a set of hand weights and an exercise mat. Taught by Judy McGowan.
MUST be a current member of the Brighton Senior Center to attend class!

We strive to keep "No Class" days to a minimum throughout the year. However, unforeseen circumstances such as inclement weather, power outages, or instructor illness may occasionally require additional cancellations beyond our control.
