BARC Soccer
This class focuses on exercises designed to improve flexibility and functional strength. It begins with a gentle warm-up to loosen the muscles, followed by a full-body stretching routine. Once warmed up, participants will engage in functional exercises aimed at enhancing everyday movements such as reaching, squatting, lunging, stepping, pushing, pulling, and standing. Chairs are available for support, and modifications can be made for participants who need them. The class concludes with a final round of stretching to cool down the body.
