Tuesdays:

CHAIR YOGA: (Ages 50+) Join us for Yoga poses done in a chair that are appropriate for all fitness levels. Benefits include: Increased circulation to joints; increased muscle strength; body, heart & mind activation. No experience necessary. Wear comfortable clothing and bring your water & smile! Taught by Diane Steeh

Thursdays:

MAT YOGA: (Ages 50+) Use a chair for standing balance exercises to start and then transition to the mat for mat yoga the remainder of the class. This practice will help develop a greater sense of stability. Benefits include: Increased circulation to joints; increased muscle strength; body, heart & mind activation. No experience necessary. Wear comfortable clothing and bring your water & smile! Taught by Diane Steeh

MUST be a current Member of the Brighton Senior Center to attend class!
