(5-12 years) Art has never been so fun! We’ll use all sorts of materials to create Art-tastic masterpieces every day of this fun filled camp. We’ll get lost in mess making mania as we make delicious-looking marshmallow fellows, paintings of horses, board games, bobble heads and more. (Ages 5-12) Dance... Shine... Be Brave! Step into a world of imagination and confidence at Camp K-Pop Huntress! This high-energy camp blends k-pop dance, music and creativity, giving attendees a fun outlet to express themselves. Each day, campers will learn fun, beginner-friendly K-pop choreography, play music and movement games, create themed crafts, and explore imaginative "missions" that focus on teamwork, courage, and battling our inner worries and fears - all in an uplifting way. (Ages 4 -11) It's 4 fun-filled days of dance! Enthusiastic instructors will teach a variety of steps and skills in different forms of dance including jazz, contemporary, ballet, hip-hop, pom-pon, and lyrical! Participants will have a blast playing games and creating crafts incorporating the dance theme. Along with learning 3 full-scale routines, dancers will be given lessons in jumps, turns, tricks and achieving the splits. Each trip to Camp Love to Dance is filled with new material. On the last day of camp we’ll celebrate with an exciting show put on by all participants. Please dress in dance attire or comfortable clothing. Dance shoes or tennis shoes may be worn. (5-12 years) Creating with clay and painting on canvas- it just doesn’t get any better than that! In this camp, your child will get to experiment with many different types of art while learning simple step-by-step painting and clay techniques. They will make 3D bears, owls that glow-in-the-dark, a scratch board painting of a cat and so much more! What a great way for your child to explore the incredible world of art! Checkmate summer boredom with Chess Wizards! Since 2002, we’ve been making chess fun and exciting for kids of all skill levels. This summer, join us for an action-packed chess adventure filled with challenging chess lessons, exciting games, and cool prizes! Our camps include fun chess games, tournaments and puzzles. We provide all the materials needed; just bring a snack and get ready to think, play, and win. Campers will engage in acting workshops, learn the art of stagecraft, and develop their own characters, all while forming friendships that may defy the very nature of their character’s legacy. In this camp, we’ll draw, sculpt, paint, and more as we create projects inspired by some of our favorite video games. Design your own avatar on a real canvas board, sculpt your favorite Among Us Crewmate, create Sonic the Hedgehog and so much more! Through creative drama, movement, music, and hands-on activities, campers step into the story and become the heroes of their own adventures. (Ages 4 -11) Enter into new worlds and amazing adventures as you play the characters of your dreams! How you ask? By spending the week with THE STUDIO at the event that’s created for aspiring actors and actresses! We'll explore the dynamics of drama by training in a variety of skits and plays. On the last day of camp we will present our BIG show!! Participants will also enjoy games, activities and crafts the celebrate the world of theatrics. Past participants will be happy to know that each trip to “Lights, Camera, Acting” is a completely new experience with new material. No experience is necessary to join in on the fun. (Ages 5-12) Brixology Camp sets the foundation for our next generation of makers! Children learn about different types of engineering and then team up to construct a different engineering-themed project using LEGO® bricks. We’ll learn about aerospace engineering while assembling a space station. We’ll explore mechanical engineering as we build boats and vehicles. That's not all! From carnival rides to drawing machines, mechanical animals to truss bridges, your future engineer will build upon their creativity to solve real-world design challenges, while developing their problem-solving and team-building skills. (Ages 5-12) Mad Science has teamed up with NASA in a quest for exploration! We’ll take a voyage of discovery into the atmosphere and beyond as we explore planets, moons, and other space phenomena in our solar system. Things will heat up as we examine the sun and other stars and discover the difficulties of space travel! Kids will get a firsthand experience of the challenges of living in space as they build circuits while training to be an astronaut. For added fun, we’ll learn about the various technologies that make space exploration possible while bouncing lasers around the room! Kids will love to build their own Mad Science Skyblazer Rocket and participate in a real “NASA” style rocket launch. Campers will receive many cool NASA take homes! Taught by Mad Science of Detroit.

(Ages 5-12) Discover how things move with science! Each day we'll learn about a different realm of the scientific world. We'll become a zoologist and study the exciting world of birds, including examining owl pellets to see what an owl cannot digest. Join a team of camper engineers and build bridges, domes, cubes, and pyramids. We'll even put on a lab coat and become chemists for the day and make crystal gardens. Jr. Scientists will love constructing birdhouses, completing challenging puzzles, concoct chemistry based creations and explore the many fun sides of science! Taught by Mad Science of Detroit.

(Ages 5-12) The following camp description is TOP SECRET: Ever dream of becoming a secret agent? We'll start with the basics: From decoding messages to metal detectors and night vision, campers have the opportunity to check out spy tech equipment and take home lots of gadgets! Step into the shoes of a detective as you uncover the science involved in evidence gathering and analysis! Figure out the science of forensics with a hands-on look at crime scenes! Become a super spy and learn clever ways of performing tasks as we investigate the science spies use! Taught by Mad Science of Detroit!

(5-12 years) Is your child the next Van Gogh or Degas? Or maybe Kandinsky or Chagall is more your young artist's style. Find out in this wonderful camp. We'll look at the work of famous artists that are featured museums around the world! We'll work with a variety of art materials including plaster, paint, clay and more. (5-12 years) Calling all creative kids! This is the perfect camp to hone both your artistic side and your puzzle-solving skills. Just like on the popular TV show Nailed It!, we’ll show you a final product and give you all the goods needed to recreate it. The rest is up to you! Your challenges will include creating a unicorn cake sculpture that looks good enough to eat, painting a fox at sunset, a llama with a flower crown, and so much more. We can’t wait to see if you can nail it! This is Nailed It!, Kidcreate-style, so instead of baking, we’ll be sculpting, painting, collaging, and more! (Grades 2nd - 5th) Rata2ee is a culinary academy for kids, offering hands-on instruction in cooking techniques, including: knife basics, cooking fundamentals, food science and nutrition, kitchen safety, proper food handling, gardening 101 (very basics of gardening), and kids' yoga. This camp teaches a very holistic approach to healthy living. Children will eat 3 meals (making their own breakfast, a 3-course lunch, and dessert), so no packing snacks or lunches for parents! This camp teaches strong character building skills and is meant for kids going into 2nd through 5th grades. Kids should be able to stand for 90 minutes at a time (with 2 small sit-down breaks), and should be okay with playing outside during non-cooking times of camp. Items each child needs to bring to camp: a filled (non-glass) water bottle labeled with first & last name; 2 8-oz Ziploc to-go containers labeled with first & last name; a full size beach towel, and sunscreen. (Ages 6-11) Kids, have fun and learn to be safe at the same time! Learn real self-defense and practice on an instructor wearing a padded suit. You’ll also learn fire safety, how to use 911, stranger awareness, drug resistance, gun accident prevention and more. Cartoons, art, physical practice, and classroom games are just some of the fun ways that you will learn in this camp. Parents, nothing is more important to us than our children. This camp is more than just a week of fun, it is an investment into a lifetime of safety. Kids will need daily lunch, snacks, water bottle, bag for activities sheets and handouts, and sunscreen.
