Tai Chi (ages 50+)
Senior Center -
(Ages 50+) Tai Chi is a series of gentle exercises, suitable for all ages, fitness levels, and health conditions. With practice it improves balance, flexibility, strength, stamina, agility, coordination, concentration, and awareness. This six-week course will cover the basic Tai Chi postures which are suitable for practice at home. Taught by Michigan Tai Chi Association.
MUST be a current Member of the Brighton Senior Center to attend class!
